High Speed Cut to Length Lines by CWP©; feature a Variable Speed Mechanical Shear to enhance production. The results are better quality blanks produced at higher production rates. In addition, the slower speed of the shear ram reduces shear blade impact, snap-through noise and vibration. Thereby increasing machine and shear blade life. The Variable Speed Drive eliminates the need to engage the clutch/brake every stroke to cut material reducing costly clutch/brake maintenance. Cut-to-Length Accuracies to ± 0.005" (0.13mm), Surface-Critical Materials (Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Pre-Painted), In-Line Edge Trimming, Slitting, and Precision Leveling, Trapezoidal and Parallelogram Shapes with Pivoting Shear Head, and Multi Blanking Systems are all available.
A 4 Roll Servofeed, High Speed Mechanical Variable Speed Shear and Servodrop Stacker incorporated in a 72” wide High Speed Cut to Length Line.
66,000 Lb. coils up to .125" thickness can be processed on this 72" wide High Speed Cut to Length Line. A precision B&K© Leveler is incorporated to allow production of panel flat blanks. An edge trimmer with scrap chopper and scrap conveyor is incorporated to ensure blanks are cut to a precise width.
A 4 Roll Servofeed, High Speed Mechanical Variable Speed Shear and Vinyl Applicator are incorporated in this 60” wide High Speed Cut to Length Line. Precision quality blanks are produced at extremely fast production rates.
