Above left, This compact coil line features a 5R-30 double end coil reel that is motorized to payout material to a servo driven straightener feeder. The coil reel is equipped with side guide rollers, powered indexing, powered mandrel expansion and dual hold downs for the pinnacle of safety. Above right, Press feed line with 20,000 lb. coil reel, precision coil straightener and high performance servo roll feed.
