Heavy-duty Coil Turnstile construction features 360° powered rotation and ensures dependable, problem-free operation. The Turnstile robust design and oversized rotation bearing is driven by an efficient hydraulic motor. The CWP© turnstile provides staging of coils and automated coil loading and unloading for just-in-time production demands. By prepositioning coils near the uncoiler, operators can provide quick changeover of coils based on production demand rather than the availability of overhead cranes or forklifts. Coil Turnstiles are available in 3 or 4 arm configurations up to 66,000LBS.
