Coil Reel or uncoiler loading is quick and efficient with a CWP Coil Loading Car. CWP© manufactures 2 distinct types of coil car, the popular V-nest and the low profile "L" style. Both the V-nest and the L style coil load cars feature a rugged steel weldment chassis with flanged wheels for guided traverse on rails and are traversed by a high torque hydraulic motor. Elevation of the coil is accomplished by hydraulic cylinders and a scissor mechanism on the V-nest coil loading cars. While direct acting hydraulic cylinders and a guide rail assembly are utilized on the L style for coil elevation. |
