ResolutionAre your personnel hanging the coil on the mandrel, then attempting to manually expand against the coil I.D. Not only is a great deal of wasted effort expended in this manner, but additional time is consumed, and greater wear put on the expansion system of the reel. Make sure they are centering the coil on the mandrel with the lifting device, than holding it there until they have fully expanded against the coil I.D.
