You say you’re one of the people who has the 15 minute coil changeover time, twice an hour. Can you install a double spindle stock reel? You could be loading that coil on one spindle while the other spindle was paying off stock. When one coil is depleted the other can simply be indexed into position, ready for operation within seconds.
