TECHNICAL SUPPORT

PURPOSE:

The intent of this service is to offer you, "our customer", the best possible 24/7 technical support for EMERGENCY needs in the metal forming industry.

  It is designed to provide you needed technical support outside of standard work hours. This is because we know many of our customers are running 24 hours a day and seven days a week. We know that breakdowns, technical issues, and concerns can occur at any time. We are here to respond.

AVAILABILITY:

Our technicians can be reached 24 hours a day "every day" by following the phone instructions/directions below when calling our facility after normal operating hours (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) weekdays and on weekends. The technicians on call will return your call within the hour, if not immediately.

You will be directed to the proper extension number, via a phone message upon calling in to our facility:

When you call in to either 207-426-2351 or 1-800-247-2645 (between 5:00pm and 8:00am or on weekends) and when the auto attendant answers press 7 to go directly to the service hotline.

 Please note you will be asked to provide several items of information to a short series of pre-recorded questions to assist our technician in his response to your needs. This will be in the format outlined below.
